T-Mobile is a very heavy advertiser on TV. They spend millions to tout 4G speed and low costs. So should you switch to T-Mobile based on their advertising?T-Mobile Apparently, not. The Wall St. Journal reported that they lost 850,000 contract customers this year. You don't lose those big numbers unless your service is very, very bad.
