4 Reasons You Donít Have that Full Beard You Covet

It’s almost unbelievable that there was a time when shaving beards clean was the trend – when having facial hair was less or not appealing at all? That time is far gone. Men are now wearing their beards in all shapes and sizes.

It’s one thing to have beards, but it’s another thing entirely to have thick, full beards gently sitting on your face. The transformation full facial beards bring to the face can never be over emphasized. Little wonder men pay so much extra attention to that aspect of their body especially to expresses their masculinity.

Unfortunately, not all men have been able to afford the luxury of growing full beards that can decorate their faces in the most appealing ways.

For some, the full beards come natural while others have to break a neck for even the scantiest. Many men have tried various methods to achieve the look all to no avail.

There are many reasons you don’t have the full beards you covet, but below are the 4 major ones.

1. Genetics

Lots of men push themselves so hard because they believe they aren’t trying hard enough to get a full beard. They possibly have no idea that the full development of their beards is regulated by testosterone. Of course, most men have almost the same level of testosterone, which might leave you wondering why some have fuller beards than the others.

This is where genetics comes in.

Each man responds differently to testosterone, some are more sensitive, while others are less sensitive. So the major reason many don’t have thicker and fuller beards is because of their low sensitivity to testosterone.

2. Inadequate Healthy Food

Other than genetics, the food you eat can also affect your beards. When there are not enough fruits and vegetables in your diet, or the food you take lacks certain vitamins, like A, B, C and E, the growth of your beard will become inhibited, thereby leading to scanty beards.

3. Smoking

According to research, smoking causes hair loss. The nicotine from cigarette hinders the body from absorbing the nutrient it needs for hair growth. It decreases the flow of blood in the body and also restricts the blood vessels.

Therefore, if having a fuller beard is one of your dreams, quitting smoking becomes necessary so blood can freely circulate around your body and your beards can get the nutrients they need to become fuller.

4. Stress

This is one of the biggest reasons why most men don’t have full beards. Men are known for their strength and agility. They take on almost any difficult situation. They go all out against anything hindering their goal because of their nature.

In this process, they get worked up, and stress builds up in their system thereby causing their hair to begin to break or fall off. The beards can only get fuller when you learn how to manage stress and get more relaxed.

Of course there are other reasons like sleep deprivation, extremely dry skin and many more. The 4 reasons above however could be the main culprit behind your beardless face or scanty beards.
