The next thing you need to do is approach the person you have a conflict with. Stopping workplace drama starts with addressing the situation. Discuss the problem you are having with this person.
Listening to what your co worker has to say is vital. If you only talk about the issues you are having with them, they will feel attacked and blindsided. You need to listen to their response to better understand where they are coming from.
If having a conversation with your co worker doesn’t help, you need to bring in a third party. This person can mediate another conversation and try to help solve the conflict from an outside perspective. Ideally, this would be a manager or boss, but it could also be someone else on the team.
Call a truce if nothing else works. Sometimes moving on from the situation will allow you to work together again. This isn’t the best solution, but it is sometimes necessary to help keep things moving.
