I am a bilingual Virtual Assistant. To sum it up, I offer administrative, creative and technical support services to busy individuals, home-based, small or mid sized companies. I accomplish this by virtual means using the web, internet, telephone and fax. Virtual Assistants (VAs) are self employed modern day executive assistants who are no longer limited by geographical boundaries. With the advancement of technology, there is very little in the area of administrative assistance that cannot be accomplished via the internet, with perhaps the exception of "getting the boss a cup of coffee" but even that can be arranged.
My ideal clients are those business owners who are overwhelmed with handling all of the various aspects of running a growing business and would like to outsource the "administrivia" portion but don�t have the room or the quantity of work to hire someone in-house on a consistent full or part time basis. Or perhaps their business is booming and they would like to have some time away from the office to spend on finding a better balance between their personal and professional lives. Some of my clients include a lawyer, coach and radio show host, Graphic Design firm, Publishing Company, Arbitrators Association and so forth. My clients recognize that I have a genuine and vested interested in fully understanding and participating in the success of their business. The busier they are, the busier I am. Not to mention the fact that every time I learn the ins and outs of a new industry, I expand my service offerings and target market.
I've also started a subsidiary training company called Quick Clicks. In dealing with my clients, I realized that there was a need / desire for some individuals to brush up on their software skills, so I offer MS Office training either on site in the GTA or via web based collaborative tools and teleclasses.
