Gavin MacMillan - Growing Up

I grew up in a rural area north of the city, my father and grandfather were entrepreneurs, my grandfather owned Toronto's first health food store. After graduating I left for 3 years of travel through Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. I trained and bartended everywhere I went, and took the best of many different regional styles as I created my own. I began competing internationally in all aspects of bartending at 26, and still do today.
