Kris Schantz - Biggest Success

The biggest success has been our thousands of tiny daily accomplishments. It's the thousands of emails and phone calls, meeting people, making mailouts, solving problems and late nights that are responsible for our continued growth and success. The old adage about baby steps is certainly true when you run your own business.

Some of our key successes are each talented person we've added to our team, each new customer, every toy concept we've selected / designed / tested / prototyped / manufactured / launched, each round of financing we've closed, each factory we've sourced, every media appearance, every trade show we've attended and each time we've accomplished something we set out to do. We've also had a few 'accidental' successes (or 'lucky breaks'), but each one of these can be traced back to our small accomplishments.

Our future plans are pretty simple - continue the things we're doing really well and work on the areas that need improvement. As we're still new in the toy, gift and promo industries we'll continue to adapt our focus and priorities to chase the opportunities and solve the challenges that come our way.
